With extensive experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects, Journey brings invaluable expertise to Vessel. She will play a crucial role in expanding our "MEP Success Team" operations, focusing on onboarding new customers - primarily MEP Centers - onto the Vessel platform with the utmost commitment to professionalism and support.
Journey joins Vessel with a strong managerial background, known for maximizing profitability and ensuring high levels of customer and team satisfaction. Her proficiency in organizational strategies, project management, and operational effectiveness will be pivotal as Vessel continues its rapid growth trajectory.
Known for her ability to assess challenges, make insightful decisions, and prioritize effectively, Journey is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement. Her exceptional communication skills further strengthen her ability to foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Journey is a graduate of Boise State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, complemented by certificates in Spanish, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, and Human Relations, as well as Creative Influence.
